I had an amazing stay at Sheraton Miramar Hotel & Convention Center for 4 nights. It is a wonderful hotel located in a well-kept area, near Valparaiso/Vina del Mar, as well as restaurants and bars. The breakfast was generous and lovely, with a great selection of meals.

The hotel has a fantastic and brilliant location right on the beach. the rooms are modern and impressive with stellar views and great furnishings. - the staff is very nice. - They offer a variety of products for a generous and gorgeous breakfast.

The breakfast was fresh and generous. The staff were really good with a great attitude. The location next to Sheraton Miramar is good and brilliant. Attractions are conveniently located within 1-2 miles. The bay has a reef and is only a 5-minute walk from a National monument.

I greatly enjoyed its well-appointed and new-fashioned rooms.

I ate at a NICE restaurant for dishes.

The pool was nice. I had good drinks in the outdoor bar. The room was reasonably large with a single bed and a very large balcony. The fresh and generous breakfast had a variety of meals. We were greeted with exceptional service upon arrival, as our concierge went above and beyond to retrieve our lost item from the airport. The breathtaking view from our room overlooking the beach was absolutely stunning. The meals served at the hotel were outstanding and cooked to perfection. The facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch and added to the overall luxury experience. Despite a few minor room cleanliness issues, our stay at Sheraton was unforgettable.

Breakfast is not included... to consider... as for the meals in general the price-quality ratio does not compensate, kitchen is not the strongest in this case. hotel's terrace is exquisite, they have a problem with pigeons being on top of you all the time, badly.. service is friendly, it is slow and badly coordinated. room was good but it had details: it was quite noisy (third floor side) in the room's terrace you can hear loudly the traffic of the waterfront, bathroom is very cold and does not have security lights at night, being completely dark. second day they didn't make our room and we had to wait 2 hours for them to bring toilet paper, after calling to complain... same thing happened with the room service, we waited almost two hours and when it arrived, after calling several times because of the delay, order came cold and incomplete and when we called to make it present, instead of solving the problem, person who attended us said he was making a replacement and started to complain again! Finally, pool is somewhat small and many families go there, there are always enough people and at least during our stay, chlorine in the water was excessive and irritated the eyes. hotel staff are mostly nice, only response they give to a problem is to "prioritize the order" - I heard the same excuse in the case of the room service and when I asked for toilet paper - they don't give solutions, do they compensate for the bad service, one gets frustrated and angry. disappointment, hard to come back to.

view of the room and sound of the sea, you have right below. is the second time we are going to this hotel and I recommend it to all my friends, at least once in my life (for the view of the room and feeling of luxury). However, second time I didn't like it so much, since the room was on the north side and for my personal taste the view wasn't that nice (if I go the third time, I'll ask for a room with a view of the beach next door).

I don't know, maybe it's silly, they left us only a towel in the room and a soap, as if they wanted to save on this. I noticed it at night and I was worried - on the one hand I didn't have a dry towel, on the other I didn't want to ask at this hour, because I was sleepy and didn't know how long it would take. In the end I asked for the towel in the morning but they never brought it (only before I left, girl came to check the minibar, I also find strange, I have never seen this in other hotels before, I asked her for the towel they brought it right away, it was already late). In a hotel of this level you want everything to be perfect and not have to claim the towels or soap or that the hotel checks your minibar, in case you consumed something, especially while you are there. From my first stay I also remember that the sauna was separate for men and women (that is, women could not enter the men's sauna, I find very rare and very uncomfortable if you go with the couple, lack that women are forced to wear full bathing suits and sleep in separate rooms from men). also when after using the spa we failed the room key we had to go down to the reception in bathrobes, it was time to check out and no one thought to attend us - we had to wait our turn like idiots in bathrobes in front of all these people checking out...

The service here was top-notch 👌. Our room had a modern vibe to it and the bathroom was huge with stylish furniture. The breakfast spread was fresh and plentiful, and we loved hanging out at the outdoor bar. The staff were all really nice and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The value for money was great, and the room had a fabulous ocean view. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

I want to thank everyone who cared and took the time to make my mother feel special on her birthday. We try to go every year on this date for her birthday and mine (March 20/21), every year has been free but this one was very special because all those who gave us their stamp. Many thanks to Paula Silva, Francisco Cabrera and other lady who attended us on the terrace that I forgot her name. To all of them thank you very much for making us feel so special. That's what makes the difference and reason why we come back.

I don't want to say that I didn't like anything, just make a constructive criticism. avocado bird sandwich on the terrace wasn't bad, it would be great if the avocado was ground and protein was made into a paste. breakfast is very complete, sweetness needs an adjustment because it is unnatural. pastries above all. homemade cake with blueberries for example would be great.
